There are some great milk farms out there, which I know since my grandpa was a farmer and I was brought up on farm-fresh milk. Nowadays I get my milk straight from small-scale farmers. It does cost a bit more, though, but worth it for good milk IMO. The store-bought stuff tastes like crap in comparison. Goat and sheep milk is better than cow's milk, FYI.

So yeah there's ways to get good milk, no need to go vegan or anything, but if you think the industrial shit labeled "milk" is clean and that the producers treat animals well you are deluding yourself.
