My gym always has paper, but I don't go anywhere I could potentially do a shit without taking a roll of glorious 3ply with me. Also good for nose bleeds and stuff if required.

That's pretty much it. If I plan to shower there I'd have an actual bath towel and change of clothes but I walk home and shower here.

The only reason I have it anyway is because I have a small lipoma in my back resting on a nerve. It tends to get irritated during the day at my desk job, so I pop a couple before my workout to make sure it doesn't inhibit my ability to lift.
