I take vit C, vit D, and omega-3 daily. It's been working well for me. Just note that too much omega-3 will give you nosebleeds so don't overdose that shit.

Hi anon, vitamins aren't a meme in virtually every study done on active athletes regardless of diet there are defficencies in micronutrient levels. The thing about micronutrients is that they absorb very shittily across the digestive tract and therefore if you don't take them every day for an extended period of time you're going to see little to no benefit.

I read a few articles about it, that's why I'm now questioning multivitamins. I just read one on webmd that had doctors from Johns Hopkins calling multivitamins bullshit.
