So /fit/, is this a good routine? im 132lbs, 5´6´´. Ill post my old routine after this. If my goal is to get big, wich is better? wich one would you guys pick?
here is the old one. purple on monday and thursday, orange on tuesday and friday, blue on wednesday and saturday, and green on sundays, or rest on sundays, depending on how I feel.

this is not going to get you big OP. If you are out to build muscle you need to do a routine with a powerlifting base, SS, SL, PPL, etc. You NEED to do barbell squats, barbell deadlifts, barbell bench press, barbell press, barbell rows and barbell power cleans(notice how I accentuate using a BARBELL in every exercise). If you don't incorporate these in your routine then you won't get big.
That being said, if your goal was to get fit then this is probably an OK routine. If you incorporate some cardio then this is a great routine to keep healthy.
