I feel your pain OP. Quite literally in the same boat and it fucking sucks. I even went on an autistic rant to my girlfriend about how I always preach good form and shit yet I end up being the one who somehow hurt my upper back while a dude in my gym deadlifts 3pl8s with a belt around his hips and horrendous form & is fine the next day.
