So my lifts are pretty awful and it's getting me down:

So my lifts are pretty awful and it's getting me down:

Squat til parallel - 75kg
Bench - 60kg (can't seem to get it past this point)
Bent over row - 60kg
Shrugs - 76kg
Skullcrushers - 30kg not including weight of ez bar
Barbell curl - 36kg
Deadlift - 107.5kg
OHP - 42.5kg
Cgbp - 36kg not including weight of bar which is lighter than the normal 6ft barbell I use for compounds

Thinking of switching over to using a workout tower and doing weighted dips, pull ups, chin ups, muscle ups, push ups etc and sprinting or some shit for legs, what do u guys think

Sounds like you're just doing whatever without a plan. Get on a beginner program like SS or SL or some other similar 5x5 derivative and follow it. Eat more if you're a spooky skeleton too.

Switch up hand placement on your bench, also do more chest exercises, upper and lower pec + bench press

for the other lifts just take a deload or get on a better program if you stalled 2-3 ttimes already

Is there any reason I can't get big and lean with weighted body weight excercises out in the sunshine getting vitamin d gains and breathing in fresh air with a power tower?

5'10 68kg I don't count calories, for breakfast I'll have a big bowl of oats n milk, lunch will be a big ass sandwich or foot long spicy Italian with all the salad from subway and then for dinner I'll eat whatever my parents have made which is proteins and calorie dense. But my diets not really set in stone I'll just eat like im on a clean bulk until I feel full or sometimes I'll eat past that point and stuff myself

You're supposed to go past parallel dummy. Personally I recommend going ass to grass, as low as physically possible for you, that way you never have to worry about wether you're actually getting stronger or just squatting higher whenever you get a PR
