Linear progression after short layoff?
I'm going on a 2 week vacation after the semester is over and won't be able to lift.
Should I max out and pick back up with percentage based training when I return?
Or should I do a SS linear progression and run that out and then reevaluate?
Pic unrelated.

What are your stats?

that laughable OHP

Not bad op. Are you still on LP or an intermediate program?
Either way I'd assume you're at the end of LP or just started intermediate. 2 off weeks won't annihilate your gains, unless you starve yourself.
Reset 10-20% and progress to wherever you were previously, but up the weights faster than you did initially. Muscle memory exists, I've seen it for myself too many times.

>165 lbs overheadpress
>laughable
pls go

OHP laughable? A 2pl8 OHP is extremely advanced for any natural. For his bodyweight, it's slightly low. The only laughable stat is really his deadlift.
That said, his lifts are still better than mine.

i did 165lb OHP at a BW of 145.
besides, it's grossly out of proportion with the rest of his lifts

pics faggot

165 is nowhere near 2pl8, dumbass
>>40993862
Yeah but at 5' your arms are half as long

I did bro split for a while then just did intermediate powerlifting programs from the webernets.
Should I try a legitimate LP and see how it goes?
