I think I've injured my rotator cuff lads
Idk how bad it is wat do
I did this. Questions:
Can you raise the arm on the side with the injury?
How badly are your lifts affected?
Does it feel like the whole arm is shit?
Did you try to stretch it heavily after feeling the first signs of injury?

check for impingement. maybe it's not that bad. my shoulder got better by simply hanging from a bar a few times each day. doing it regularly now.

Yes but it's painful to lift it from vertical to horizontal when facing forward
I can't do exercise in that movement

I fucked up,
No the whole arm doesn't feel shit just that certain ROM
Ofc I didn't stretch only a nerd would do that

What do you mean?
Hang like a chinup but completely relaxed (arm straight)?

Mate I literally have the same issue, I was feeling restless and did shoulders twice in one day.
I was on my third set of ohp In my second workout and I felt a slight click and now any front raise movement causes a deep pain.
I'm just avoiding ohp and front raises until it heals up, as well as adding some mobility stuff with bands, seems to be working.
Regular light exercise, ibuprofen for the pain.
Lateral raises from 20degrees to 140 degrees with lighter weight should help.

>tfw rotator cuff injured for over 2 years now and refuse to get it checked out
It'll heal on its own, r-right lads....?

Just been working in with a doctor and he said it sounds like impingement
DO ROTATOR CUFF EXERCISES AND YOUR PAIN WILL GO AWAY IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS.
