Yeah man you should flew but like i said focus on pulling your bellybutton in towards the stomach... i read that in a book yesterday when i was doing stomach vacuums and it just blew my mind because if you focus on pulling your bellybutton inwards you will activate the right appropriate muscles (abdominal and transverse abdominal) try it and see what you think.
