DHT is more potent than testosterone, but it does not have any effect on muscle. During development/puberty, it's what makes your dick grow, gives you body hair, and makes your voice deep. Beyond puberty, it essentially just keeps your sex drive going and causes androgenic alopecia if you have too much or have sensitive receptors.
