Is there a way to reverse the effects of previously eating too much? I'm not talking about the fat which you get off by exercising. What I'm talking about is this: fat fucks can eat a large pizza by themselves and still be hungry, because they've eaten so much in the past that they're stomach expanded and now they need to eat more food to get full. Is there a way to do the opposite? I've started counting my calories so I'm eating a good amount to cut, but I'm always hungry. I've been drinking water but it doesn't really stop the hunger pains. Is there a way I can get full by eating less, without undergoing expensive surgery?

Your stomach will shrink over time as you eat smaller portions. Took me about 5 weeks. My suggestion is eat tonnes of lettuce, pickles and celery to fill your stomach without upping your calories. Plus tonnes of water.

I eat about 2 a day when I get hunger cravings the pickle juice helps me feel full even if its temporary. Don't eat lettuce that shit will expand your stomach its what competitor eaters eat before a contest

Up your fiber/vegetable intake.
Use a whole onion, pepper, lettuce head, etc. when cooking. If you are eating healthy ass food only, shouldn't be hungry.
A "0" kcal snack is celery. It's pretty much water/fiber, don't need to log that shit despite what CICO fags say. Also mustard is 0 kcals, goes decently on celery.
Coffee might help with feeling hungry.
