If I do high weight/low rep bench press followed by low weight/high rep incline db presses then tricep dips (chest still usually gets worked) and then chest flyes, is that too much chest volume for one workout day?

Those are decent lift, but they aren't anything amazing. Certainly not enough to be telling people that splits such as PPL and shit aren't worthwhile.
