I started off with a split. made sick gains. switched to SS, average gains, switched to push pull 4x week, average gains. now im on a split again. making fucking sick gains whilst doing IF. chest, legs/abs, shoulders, backs. It's a total normie workout. But my gym sessions are ALOT more intense than what i was doing before, le meme rippetits routine, resting for 3 minutes like a loser... who goes to the gym to do that? Now i'm fucing supersetting accessory lifts easily. doing more HIIT cardio and lifting with a split but still making essential deadlift/squat/bench/ohp gains because they are all incorporated into the split.

how you split your exercises doesn't really make that much difference. the important part is what kind of work you do during the week. what kind of intensity, how much volume, how much rest, which exercises and so on.
Unless you're on roids and only care about aesthetics full body is the way to go
