How do you handle sickness?
OP has the flu and all I can think right now is how my lifts will have gone down when I return to the gym.
don't worry about it
t. guy who had surgery to get tonsils out, took 2 weeks off lifting, ate nothing but soup and icecream, lifts remained the same on the first day back (press increased by 2.5kg)

problem with fever is you cannot meet your macros and you shouldnt because you are tiring out body too much

Im currently bombing the gym's toilet with diarrhea. I took too much preworkout.

Maybe getting sick while cutting is different. Got sick off a week. Have had to deload every lift. Still not up to par week and half later
