Is there any better source of protein than fish?

I usually determine what to include in my diet to get my macros by going grams of protein divided by kilocalories. I basically exclude anything lower than .05 and aim for stuff in the .08 to .2 range. Obviously this excludes stuff I eat for micronutrients like fruits and vegetables.

What I've found is the ONLY stuff that ever gets to .1 or over is fish. Salmon, for example, has roughly a gram of protein for every 10 kcal. Hell, even my protein shakes (Pea protein, cacao powder, peanut butter and creatine) score about a .08.

So what are your favourite sources of protein and what score do they get according to this system?

Oh also, those muscle milk pep series shakes are like 40g protein for 200 calories, pretty fuckin top tier

Egg whites are my go to. According to your calculations they score 0.21, 11g Protein per 52 kCals.

Also complete amino acid profile, 0 cholesterol, 0 fat, 0 carbs. 159mg Na/100g but that's not really a big deal IMO.

I eat 400g a night, makes 44g protein for 208 kCals.

I couldn't eat 1500kcal of boiled chicken a day and if you want to build muscle you hqve to eat way more.
