Moron. Just eat 2500 daily of good clean food you skinny fat loser. Macro distribution of 60/20/20 - C/P/F. Lift heavier and heavier compound stats until your muscles start to look more defined (you can do this with SS+accessories if your body responds well).

When lifts stall just switch to a PPL or PHUL. Quit making excuses for yourself or I will literally slap you the next time I see you Jonathan..

Like Rich Piana said if you want to sculpt you've got to have some spare fucking marble on you first. I first started out at 156lbs 5'11 and 8 months later I'm 180 lbs and similar bf%. I ain't cutting until I reach 200 lbs and neither should you.
