I work really hard on my chest but I have very broad shoulders and long arms.

Switch to dumb bell for your chest press. Keep distance held above your chest at 1.5x biacromial width when doing the press essentially like a bar bell press. That will probably give you a bump up in chest development and numbers. Plus side is your OHP will probably go up as well. Might want to do standing OHP instead of seated. Not sure what to say for squat other than maybe change up style of squat from high bar/low bar to front unless all your cardio is just killing your gains. I guess just eat a little more until you hit 15-16% body fat then eat maintenance for 2 weeks and then cut again.

I have a similar problem, but I can OHP (strict) 155lbs, but I can only bench 135lbs for 5 reps. My body looks strange and ugly though, not nearly as aesthetic as OP.

I don't know if I am doing bench right or what, but I haven't moved past 1pl8.
