Does walking actually do shit at all?
I've been walking like two hours a day for 6 months now and I swear I've gotten unhealthier. My walk involves annoying large hills so I'm at inclines for parts of them too and they still make me tired now.

Just cook yourself less food. Step by step take a bit away. You'll start losing weight and soon you will be content with portions for a normal human being and will be able to walk without effort, as normal people do, and those hills will magically seem smaller.
