Can somebody explain me, why am I farting so much and so fuckin' smelly while having a "healthy diet"?
My diet is based on chicken breasts, turkey breasts, pasta, rise, groats, yoghurts, veges(mostly carrots, chive, parsley, cabbage, cucumbers and raddish), whole grains baked produtcs, white and yellow cheese(mozarella and gouda) and musli products.
I also do Whey proteins.

This. Not even on a diet or anything but I actually went a week without drinking milk and jesus fucking christ the difference is night and day. I went from a nonstop fart machine to someone who can actually stay inside a closed room without fucking destroying it in the course of an hour.
