I really like deadlifts. Is there any harm in doing them in one

This so much. Brosplits are the most boring bs ever. Never understood what people like about them. 3x8 bench and then a million isolations for the same bodyparts once a week - sooo damn fun.

Deads, T-bar rows, lat pulldowns, dumbbell rows, shrugs, curls, more curls
By the end my grip is destroyed but the forearm pump is incredible

If you deadlift then hit chest or shoulders or something you're pants-on-head retarded
