32 year old here
I started getting fat at 24 ish
at 28 I noticed shit like my dick barely worked etc
at 31 I started loosing weight again and doing a lot of cardio and some lifting I eating feel younger then I did at 26 my dick gets way harder then remember it ever getting (huge loads also) every few weeks I run further than I ever did in my life(training for mah first marathon)
meanwhile my friends are starting to fall apart getting /fit after 30 is totaly worth it
