Hi /fit/, I've got a permanent incurable physical condition that's got me feeling suicidal. The other day I did some push ups and immediately felt better, at least for a bit. I'd like to start a routine but don't have any equipment at all, not even a pull up bar. Can you guys rec me a good bodyweight routine?
bump, need this knowledge too

gonna need a pullup bar for a good bodyweight routine. they're like 20 bucks and worth it
In the meantime, open up your bedroom door, toss a towel on the top and do pullups on that

What's the condition?
gonna go with the obvious but must-be-said answer here
if you have a permanent incurable physical condition you should probably speak with your doctor about what sort of exercises you can perform

Pushups
planks
crunches
running
monkeyfuckers for quads ( I wouldnt risk the google search for this ) (just start standing straight and bring your ass down like your humping a midget)

squats?

It only affects the nerves on one side of my face, everything else is fine.

I guess technically it's 3 conditions. I've got partial facial paralysis, hemifacial spasms, and trigeminal neuralagia

I got no shame, thanks anon.
