Dumped my caffeine pills last Sunday. Been just having a coffee every morning since then. Once I run out of coffee I'll stop that too.

Hasn't been too bad. Energy has been lower overall but it's been a lot easier to sleep at night. Unfortunately the pissing frequency hasn't decreased like I hoped. I'd like to not have to get up to piss at night anymore.
