Im really struggling to add calories into my diet again after being on a 6 month cut, I dont want to get extra calories from sugar or greasy or processed food.
Any ideas of where I can get some clean 500-750 calories from? I dont think id be able to fit in another meal a day so id probably have to get it from snacking.

Grass fed cow butter.
Olive oil.
Fish oil caps.
15%/85% ground turkey.
a bowl of frozen yogurt before bed.
McDonald's sausage biscuits ; minus 1/2 the biscuit.
Frozen lasagna.... but force more H2O 'cuz a lot of sodium.

I've never had that problem. My hunger is insatiable. That being said I feel like I can give you some advice from the things I try to avoid.
1. Drink some of those calories. I know that when I drink a protein shake I don't feel nearly as full as when I eat egg whites with the same/similar calorie profile. Also it's easier to drink something throughout the day rather than eat it.
1. Along with that, add oats & nut butters to your shakes. It thickens them up and gives your shake a good fat/carb profile.
