Can anyone help and recommend sites where illustrated meal plans or ideas are shown? Perferably with cal count and serving sizes, etc

Gonna try actually sticking to changing my eating habits. I have always failed within the first day or so because I have no idea what to cook and eat, how to spread out calories over a meal or day, how much stuff is okay to eat...visual aids help me a lot

Had this today, my first "cheat meal" since I started dieting a month ago. I was tires of lean meat so I allowes myself this. I only ate this and a banana and an apple today, all together about 1760 Kcals while my TDEE is 2300 kcals so I am still good.

I am doing IF 8/16 with 1600 kcal max on every day now except today, with a regular macro partition like this:

180g carbs
100g proteine
53g fat

I am doing GSLP and C25K which means 6 workouts/week, this is not included in my TDEE which I set for sedentary.

I've had a couple plateau's but it's mostly from water weight.

I see. I tried doing that on the treadmill but turns out I've been inactive for too long and my legs and knees hurt. I've been trying to push myself a little less until I'm stronger. It's more that each meal you decide to treat yourself and add a little extra.
Say you go to maccas and get a medium quarter pounder meal with water.
Slowly you ramp it up deciding to treat yourself each time or coming up with reasons you should eat more.
You end up getting a large double quarter pounder meal with coke, and some nuggets on top or w/e.
You also eat a lot more often, and don't really take into account stuff you've eaten earlier.
The thought process isn't there of "oh i had this earlier i'll have a light dinner instead". it's always justt eat eat eat.
It's very mindless and wanting to avoid being uncomfortable.

I've been reading a lot about climate change recently and especially the impact on food supply. I read we will soon run out of cocoa and it triggered the fuck out of the obesity.

I ran to the store (literally ran, the most cardio intensity I've had in decades) and purchased

You're not going to read something amazing, or some insight that'll change how disciplined you are.
Discipline is being able to tell your brain no, I don't care that i'm hungry or craving food or w/e, it's being able to ignore that.
At the end of the day you make the physical movements to put food in your mouth, try saying no once, you'll find it's even more thrilling than stuffing your face with food.

My financial situation went down to hell at the end of last summer. I became a NEET, stopped exercising and started eating whatever cheap junk I could buy. When you're stressed out about if you have money to even eat the choice between cabbage and a bag of chips is pretty obvious. I was already overweight before but by Christmas I had gained a ridiculous amount of weight and had developed some health issues as well. I would puke if I ate too much, ran out of breath just from the smallest physical activity and my heart wasn't feeling very well either. It's not like I didn't know how health and weight gain worked, I had just resigned myself.

Finally I got some help, support and a new apartment at start of February. I started a keto diet to get my cravings for food away. I'd usually eat flaxseed (soaked in water overnight) for breakfast, vegetables with <100g meat for lunch and a <5g carb keto pizza for dinner. Near the end of March I had averaged around 265g weight loss per day. Also without even knowing about it I had started intermittent fasting. I started looking into fasting in general a while ago and a few days ago I started water fasting. It's now been almost 120h without a meal and it has been pretty enlightening experience. My senses feel a lot better than they used to be I've noticed almost all weakness I've felt has been inside my head. Once I'm done with fasting and get back to eating normally my goal is to become normal weight again by the end of this month. Maybe there's a chance I'll be (relatively) skinny some time this summer too.

Sorry for the blog post but since I don't really have anything to share this with I figured I'd just get this out of my system.

Try making a mug cake with protein powder. The recipe I use calls for one scoop of powder, one egg, a tablespoon of milk, a tablespoon of nut butter, a teaspoon of cocoa powder, and half a teaspoon of baking powder.
