i have tiny biceps insertions. i can fit 3 fingers between the forearm and actual muscle belly. i hate wearing tshits because it just looks plain stupid, especially after 3 years of lifting, people say to bridge the gap, but i can't fill any mass on my forearm because of 6" wrists.

Also got massively asymmetrical abs, and also a slightly short attachment on my chest so one side looks normal and the other just off.

I have subhuman insertions on literally any muscle (triceps and quads are kinda ok-ish in the right light but that is it), I have accepted it. I dont get mired for aesthetics but people who know the struggle acknowledge the dedication (even a shit muscle takes lots of lifting to grow), and down the line I dont really give a fuck anyway. Also I found that hovering around 15-16%bf fills some insertions just enough to look better without making me too fat so thats a nice way to cheat IF and only if I need to look good (beach or festivals and so on), otherwise who cares.
