Been lifting for quite some time now (on n off.) Recently I've had to start working out in the morning. Used to do it in the afternoon or evening.
I realize that it feels like shit halfway through the workout. I usually try to get around 700 calories before the workout but I'm considering trying out pre-workout supps for the first tme.
Just bought C4 orange dreamsicle. I wanna know what /fit/ thinks of this. Also, which is the superior flavor?

In seriousness; C4 is the best tasting pre but inderdosed. Everything tastes good: best flavors are Watermelon, Blue Raz, Green Apple, and Strawberry Marg. People said Pink Lemonade is good but I tried it and it was only okay (not a huge lemonade fan desu)
OP here. What are some top-tier Pre-workout supps? I was reading about C4 everywhere and the store I went to showed me this as well so I assumed it was good.
