It feels fine when I'm squatting so there's no way to tell except by eliminating time as a variable thus keep doing it longer.

I'm just terrible at doing them to the point I'd be better off doing bodyweight squats. I'm messing around with an SSB but it just doesn't seem to have the same benefit as back squats, compared to high bar anyway. I may just wind up doing these more in the future but I really wish I could do hb bs cause they feel like they work so much better, pain aside.

That's good advice. When I muster up the will I'll make another vid. Last time I posted to fit and qtddtot and got the shittest responses. I'm not a competitive lifter so I forget those generals even exist.
