Starting new PPL program.
How's this one?

I was thinking about changing the 3x5 compounds to 5x5.
Also how often should I be increasing weight?

Literally the second paragraph tells you when to increase the weight. Did you even read the program before you posted this?
>>40896494
nope
Look good though senpai?
>>40896553
Looks fine if you already have an okay strength base. If you are just starting I'd do a linear like ss or stringlifts first.

What about changing the 3x5 to 5x5?
3x5 seems like too low of volume

>unironically doing a msucleandstrength.com workout.

Any PPL program suggestions?

This meme needs to stop
>>40896798
The real meme is calling everything memes. It's a good transition program from SS or SL which is where most people start
>>40896798
