Do track cyclists have the ultimate physique?

>great cardiovascular health (unlike you fags who don't do cardio)
>don't skip leg day
>actually compete in something so the strength is functional
>>
>>40890802
>functional strength

well meme'd my friend
>>
>>40890802
>>don't skip leg day
enjoy weaker upper body gainz when all the nutrition and energy for recovery goes into fucking legs
>actually compete in something so the strength is functional
functional in what? in competing?
>>
>>40891323
Clearly he is basically a holocaust survivor in the upper body.
>>
Dude looks pretty beast. You fags are jelly.
>>
>>40891336
doesnt mean it wouldn't be bigger hadn't he trained his legs like an autist
obviously has perfect diet and recovery
probably juicing
>>
>>40891323
That logic is just terrible. Wanna know how I know you won't make it?
>>
>>40891358
Legs contribute 15% of upper body growth. You don't know shit, stop posting>>40891364
>>
>>40891364
yea, please enlighten me I'm pretty intrested, especially that I'm already "making it" better than expected?
>>
tracky here. Last full ride was 120 miles 48x14 ratio on my stead. AMA
>>
>>40891378
because some autistic bro scientist said so?
>muh increased testosterone

what is physics. You have to feed all those big leg muscles with something if you want to grow them. It's fine when your diet and recovery is perfect, but not everybody can have that
>>
>>40890802
>Do track cyclists have the ultimate physique?

No, rugby players do.

>>
>>40891388
how sore's your ass gayboi
>>
>>40891512

because he lifts fuckin weights
>>
>>40891552
what part you didn't understand
if someone doesn't eat enough/sleep enough it's gonna be easier for him to build half of his muscles than the entire body, especially for nattys
but do as you will, the more autists with big legs/waists and skinny arms/traps the better for me
>>
>>40891512
do you have this picture in a larger resolution? As someone who loves both working out and cycling this is extremely inspiring
>>
>>40891579
That's not how it works
It takes around 400 surplus calories to build muscle over your entire body. You're telling me that you can eat 400 calories over your TDEE? Also, I have bigger legs and bigger arms than you.

Enjoy no gains.
>>
>>40891648
nah I looked it's nowhere online larger than like 500x600

>Thinking that their upper bodies are achievable with only intense cycling (on a bike) and maybe moderate lifting-----without loads of PED's.

>Thinking that their upper bodies are achievable with only intense cycling (on a bike) and maybe moderate lifting

no one in this thread is claiming either of those
>>
>>40892255
Not him but op literally did by implying that track cyclists physique is resultant from their hobby, when it would really be someone who roided or someone who lifts in addition, thus not making them solely a track cyclist. Otherwise they would just be saying that guys who lift have nice physiques
>obviously

So can someone explain to me lifting weights and not being DYEL helps track cyclists? Can they sprint faster than the DYEL types that compete in Tour de France? Does there ever come a point when having bigger muscles than the other DYEL road cyclists can negatively affect your cardio performance over a longer ride like say 75-100 miles in a day?
>>
>>40890802
being 4'11' and on pharma gear sure helps
