also, my shoulder has an issue where if i rotate my arm in that meme whipping motion from all the vine videos it pops and i can feel it coming out of place, what's up with that? muscle imbalance?

Not him but the drop in weight for squats is insane relative to the reps. I'm hyperventilating after eight and I came from running to lifting. It takes way more cardiovascular endurance to move heavy weight multiple reps on a three joint compound than it does to move my scrawny ass across a trail.
