Jesus I was brainwashed into thinking it was impossible ...Why do fat people complain so much?
>>40875156
You have to be pretty delusional to think that your body defies the laws of physics and that it is impossible for some people to lose weight.
Most of the fat people that think like that have zero idea how many calories they are consuming, which is why they may be giant greasy slobs despite claiming to eat "healthy food"

The same goes for skellies
>but muh superior metabolism
>i can eat whatever I want and never get fat
Best calorie counting app? I rarely eat out and so I just need calories for raw ingredients.
Because counting calories and eating right and exercising is hard. It requires effort, and most fatties can't be fucked to do it.

cronometer
mfp makes me angry with it's lack of weight measurements

MyFitnessPal is fine, not saying it's the best but it is very useable.
Also, get a good scale & a measuring cup
>your on your way

True. I just ate an entire pizza (zomg all my foods for the day!!), but it was home-assembled and likely not more than 1200 calories. Didn't measure cheese and chicken so probably 1100 +/- 100 calories.

you say this but when I eat more than around 2500 calories a day I end up shitting it all out.

Started cutting 3 weeks ago, i use a scale, count my calories and stay disciplined with my diet. Already lost 4kg

Because fat people never take responsibility for their condition. They are quitters, lazy slothful gluttonous losers.

Most of that will likely be water weight desu.
>>40875156
They seek to blame everything but themselves. They make excuses for why they can't do something or use anything that somebody says they can't do as a excuse.
At times it can be easy to give in to some force outside your control for your problems (big boned, medication stores fat, store fat werid), but end of day its up to you to change shit.

Mfp on Android let's you track bodyweight but not bf percentage. Try the progress tab.

Cutting isn't too difficult if you can stay committed to a calorie goal and are meticulous about tracking calories. However you will soon hit plateaus and need to be patient when they occur.
