How bad is my progress?
Started out last summer squatting just the bar. Just now I finally got to 45 plates. What can I do to get better progress. Don't really wanna bulk since I'm still skinny fat fuck

but if by last summer you mean 9 months ago at the start of summer, your progress is a little slow, and just bulk if your skinny, its how you get muscle noob

I really hope this is bait otherwise you really wasted a whole year. By a year you should be able to squat 275, or at LEAST 2pl8. Cmon bruh.
It's either that you have a really shitty routine and aren't working your legs enough or you have a shitty diet (or both).
Post your routine and what your diet consists of (remember you should be getting at least 1g protein per pound of body weight) to give us more insight.
And if you are skinny fat it really shouldnt matter, you would be able to replace your fat with muscle (though i wouldnt recommend dirty bulking and eating whatever you come across, just eat clean).
