Follow the 5Cs
Calisthenics(pushups leg lifts bridges squats chinups etc etc
Calorie counting(if too fat, eat fewer calories. if too skinny, eat more calories. If feel like shit, eat better source of calories)
Curlbro routine(bench, shoulder workouts, bent barbell rows, curls, tricep work occasionally squat and deadlift every other week you know, what the gym monkeys do)
Cardio(Can be anything from walking to running too hiit to tabata to swimming to participating in a sport)
Chill(Learning stress management is key to living a long life. Stress will make you a weak, fat, limp dicked, stupid)
That's bod is only achievable by doing gay for pay torture gang bangs.
