I can't think of any alternative, but resisting the urge for a while helps. The less sweets you eat, the less you crave. Also, sauce on your pic?

drink cinnamon tea, it tastes sweet without sugar and also has a nice warming spice.
If that works, then just look into different types of flavored tea and herbal teas. They help me a lot because I am a pussy with no willpower and I love to have something in my mouth. It sounds like you are too.

but you're plenty pretty i bet your diet isnt the problem. take up jogging, you burn the most energy when you first wake up, so go to bed dressed in something you can leave the house in early, soon as you wake up walk out the door and pick up the pace, jog for at least 90 minutes ( not counting walking ) drink water, when you get tired dont stop and sit just keep walking. if you can find bulk seeds somewhere eat plenty of lemon seeds. this routine helped my mother lose 85 lbs in a time span of 6 weeks.
