Seated dumbbell rows, OHP, benchpress, bent over rows, etc. The problem is that your shoulders and back are not strong enough so you lurch a bit and it looks like you are bloated/have a beer gut.

Look at your profile while having shoulders back and standing up straight, the gut goes away. It works for me, so it could for you. I'm slowly getting a nicer profile because of it.

How am I doing /fit/? I just started exercising a little less than a month ago, I've lifted like twice in my entire life. Up until now I've been just doing pull ups, sit ups, and unweighted squats mostly.

Ive always had a naturally good physical build, but then again, ive always been active in sports and outside and the like when i was younger. Id say its been about 4-5 years ago now, that i discovered /fit/ and began my journey in the gym. yes, i enjoyed the perks of more women being more attracted to me because of my body, but honestly, being able to do more reps, more weight, or knowing that i increased the size of my chest, back arms whatever, when i set it in my mind to do it has always been the best feeling and why I kept doing it...
