Buckle up
Don't worry, Marines like having a designated platoon fuck boy.

I think I may have made a grave mistake

Get strong at pull ups and push ups. Have a good strength base. Get used to the pain of running hard.
The Corps will make you strong, just don't be a bitch. If you suck physically and get out performed, let it piss you the fuck off to the point where you'll want to be the fucking best at everything.
You infantry?
juice
dont worry, the marines will toughen you up one way or another
enjoy my tax money, welfare babby

I hope he is a POG
I showed up to navy boot camp unable to run or do a push-up. It was fucking hell but they'll get you into shape if you let them. I imagine the marines will treat you a lot shittier than the navy but they can't kill you .. don't stress too much about it or hurt yourself, just start jogging and doing push ups and sit ups every day so you have something to work with. Focus on endurance, not strength

Boot camp is basically structured to build you into a Marine. They don't expect you to show up being able to run a 5k (some can and do but most won't). You will however be able to run many miles by the time you leave.
Not that's it's easy OP, but they won't make you do something you are physically incapable of doing right off the bad. That being said I would start running now to save yourself A LOT of growing pains.

I'm joining the maple military in a couple months. I can squat and diddy just under 500lb but I am obese powerlifter mode. How fucked am I? I can seriously only run like 1km before I get crazy shin splints. I'm 99% sure I can march for eternity tho. Can't do a pull-up

Canadabro?
No idea how their PFT standards are relative to Marine Corps standards. Basically the Marines run the most of any branch and generally have the highest pft standards for normies. I knew one recruit who lost like 50lbs during the twelve weeks at Paris Island.
