Does anyone have some advice or tips/tricks on how to get enough calories everyday as a "hard gainer" (I know, cringe)?
I mean I guess my problem is I just never have the appetite. When I track on MFP I'll be like 1000 calories under and have felt full throughout the whole day.
I eat till I feel like puking when I'm trying to gain weight and after a few weeks I'll slip and lose all progress in a few days. (Few pounds gained)
Once in a month I put on 5 lbs and was pretty happy. Got a cold for literally 2 days, spending it in bed and lost all the weight. Why's it so hard to keep it on?

Or any other calorie-dense food

nailed it
How the fuck do you not want a pb + banana milkshake every day? I could take down two if I wasn't so dedicated to cutting
If you can't eat it, drink it.
It's not as hard as you think.
I feel you brother im the same way. Make sure you get in your chicken breast and broccoli, but once youve hit your protein goals you can fill the rest of the calories with mcdonalds and bacon grease and gummy worms

this, your body doesn't recognize liquid calories as well as solid ones
Are there any foods that make you feel full but don't offer a good amount of calories relatively, so they would be bad to eat in this situation?

oatmeal powder (360kcal/100gr) with milk/water
more fats (900kcal/100gr) (nuts, oliveoil etc)
Spread your kcals evenly throughout the day, eat every 4h instead of 3h.
This shouldn't be too hard if you're under 4000kcal a day.
