Hey /fit/
Back in January I made a post about how I just started going to the gym and was unsure if I should continue since I somehow felt out of place there but still it gave me a somewhat good feeling.
Last week I started a new training program and today was the first real lift day for me.
To my disappointment I wasn't even able to do all the exercises properly untill the end and had to skip some reps.
Somewhat I don't feel like I've built up strength but my arms just gave in after some reps at the end.
Did I do it wrong, or shall I just continue untill I can do all the reps on my plan?
Also general Fatchin thread.
Sidefact:
January 122 KG
Today 115.3 KG

Just keep at it, bro. It takes years to develop that mind/muscle connection but you will start to feel it in months. Nothing wrong with failure, you think fucking Arnold owned it the first time he set foot in a gym? Fuck no but he kept trying.
You may never be Arnold but you can, and will, make it if you put in the work.

sounds like a win to me OP. you don't have to nail all exercises the first time, shit takes time to master. keep it up, sounds like you're doing a good job
