Are body fat calipers the most accurate way to measure body fat % or is there a more accurate way
Plz respondorino
> D E X A
Calipers are a decent estimate, but no more accurate than one of the electric devices. they can be off as much as 10% (just just store fat differently). Most accurate method is getting weight in a tank, by a professional with the rig. That'll be within an error margin of a single percentile.

false, skinfold calipers if used correctly the margin of error is maximum 3%

Dexa scans can be around 4% of total mass too.
A mirror might be the best

haha me and my sister had to do this when i was younger. I had to wear a special swimming suit since i didn't shower and i think that affected the numbers. My sister with her long, blonde hair went underwater with 8 seconds and had she must enjoyed it...but i didnt
