Haven't lost weight for a week now and been eating 1000 or less kcal. Someone suggested that i do a "cheat day". But i feel like that will make things worse for me. I've started to dislike food and i wanted to know if i could do like a "cheat meal" instead. Is there any other way to boost my metabolism?

Don't be dumb you should relax and enjoy yourself occasionally.
This doesn't mean cheat every week but like twice a month is fine and will remind you why you like food in the first place.
When I first started I didn't lose weight for awhile but it's been steady ever since.
