I skipped going out tonight so I can focus hard on getting ripped

I'm currently in very good shape for most people's standards but I've never been completely ripped to where I could see my full 6 abs and even that lower stomach vascularity. If I went out tonight. I would have likely had 4 to 6 drinks and garbage junk food afterwards. I instead worked out for 2 hours, ate nothing and then went and bought a LB of dry aged NY strip steak for lunch tomorrow
I dunno why I'm so obsessed with physical perfection. I guess its because I feel like women have impossible standards so I need to be the most perfect man alive for them to like me. I push myself soooooooooooooo hard

I'm the same way. In my mid twenties now and I feel like this is my last chance to reach my physical potential. The idea of drinking 6 or 7 beers (estrogen water), staying up all night and eating some greasy poutine is very off putting to me now.

26 here. Lost focus on gym first few years with a professional job. I've snapped out of it and taking things seriously again. Only this time I'm no longer partying or drinking. If I don't make it by 30 I never will, and I simply can't recover like I used to. A single night at the bar will set me back half a week. I socialize during the day now and just drink water
