Can I get some decent advice for issues with diet/cost?
Was homeless for the past few weeks, recently got into some accommodation, I have enough cash for the next 5 weeks of rent, very little for food. I have a gym membership I used to shower and stuff, I want to get swole but not a priority.
To the point, at my peak my BMI was 33
After a few weeks of sleeping in my car I'm down to 28.
I bought a kilo of rolled oats, Greek yogurt and honey.
Is there anything cheaper than Oat, yogurt honey?
I have nothing else to eat atm, the supermarket opens in a few hours.
How can I measure if I'm eating too many calories worth of oats? I really don't want to get fat again although I have no phone, scales or anything to measure with.

Break down the oats pack into 5 portions, should be easy enough even without scales.
Chicken breasts should be cheaper from quality protein g/USD perspective than anything else on the planet

whole chickens tend to be much cheaper cheaper if you have access to a knife to slice it up. you can find a youtube vid on how to do it (its real easy, at work i can show highschool kids how to do it in a couple minutes)
goat is also a very cheap alternative, depending on area. they practically give it away in my area and is often cheaper than chicken
