I do lower weight progression high reps cause I kept injuring myself.

Target is 1/2/3/4 for now, then learn oly lifts for future.
Problem though, the smallest plates the gym has are 2.5s and jumping 5kg at a time on presses sucks. Got to increase reps up to 3x8 or 10 before adding weight for 3x5 again I reckon.
Hype time though, all goes well on Monday and I'll hit 2pl8 deadlift. Baby weights for most of you but it's still real to me dammit.

Was moderately into a bit of weight training about 4 years ago. Graduation/moving/work/lack of dedication made me give up. Got my bench to about 110 then, deadlift 200. Didn't squat or OHP then though.
I think the goals are reasonable for a 2 year plan, I've only just started up again a month ago. Stable life and income will facilitate time and food required to dedicate myself to this project of course.
