i'm only a blue belt, i compete in super heavy and sure, guys can beat me with technique. id credit better technique to close to anyone who beat me. i've only ran into noticably stronger guys once or twice and it hasn't happened in competition yet. whenever i've trained with stronger guys they have been nationally ranked athletes.

I wouldn't be surprised if 4plts for reps is close to the natty limit. Bench and squat depend more on body weight to lift while diddy does not. I've seen a 300+ pound dude bench 3plts and squat 4plts for reps but looks like shit, and struggle to diddy 4
