Drink beers at an extremely slow rate. I sometimes do 1 per hour but it still always look like I'm drinking.
Plan accordingly, cut down on carbs for the day and get all your protein and fat for days you'll be drinking. So basically every weekend

This. I usually only go out one night a week with friends. I pretty much fast all day and only have a small meal before I go out to try and maintain my calorie deficit. Then the next day is my cheat meal where I eat lots of protein and fat to get over my hangover.
Just had 3 heavy ipas. Prob 250 cal each. Not to mention I binged on food today like a damn pig. It's only Friday. Fuhgghh
