Hey guys everytime I do Overhead Press my right shoulder clicks internally and hurts. What am I doing wrong?
Somethings already wrong, go see a doc or physical therapist, other than that warm up properly and look up hanging therapy

i had this, my grip was too wide, don't flare your arms out when you lift
I mean, your shoulder is pretty much fucked. Joints don't heal well. Stretch your shoulder a lot and take care of it, take a supplement for cartilage and bone maintenance. Lift smart and don't overdo it. The only thing you can do is prevent if from being injured further.
Set up correctly. Arms should be perpendicular. Use lats to support on the bottom.
If it's impingement, do subscapularis work and to strengthen your shoulder.

I used to have the same problem, thse things fixed it:
- Stretch shoulders after every OHP workout. I mostly do Rear hand clasps and hang stretches.
- Shrug at the top of your OHP.
- Lower the bar controlled and slowly.
Do these things and it will go away.
I have the same shit going on, but they don't hurt. They just click sometimes. My left shoulder kinda hurts when I do front raises, though. Stopped doing them completely

Bone broth helps lube joints plus is great for cleansing.
I do a 3 day bone broth fast once a month. You should try it.

Had exactly the same problem, thought I would have to go under the knife: started doing facepulls and rear delt flyes - cured in a month.
Don't force yourself to go too heavy and do more warmups with just the bar. Look up shoulder dislocates and buy a plastic pvc pipe to do them at home. I had this same problem and exercising regularly has helped immensely. Face pulls are the best.

Fill a bath tub with bone broth and lie in it for 3 days
