so 3 months ago i started going to the gym for the first time and here are my results, i will gladly take any tips about anything :)

A lot of fat people who gave up after a month continue to loiter around /fit/ for some reason. You've made decent progress for 3 months in. Anyone who actually lifts at the gym instead snacks at their computer will tell you you're doing great.

here's a tip: get your deadlift to 4 pl8, squat to 3pl8, bench 2pl8, and ohp 1pl8 for REPS (that means more than 3)

do a punch of pulling shit for your shitty back: heavy rows, weighted pull ups, dead lifts (WITH VARIATIONS), rack pulls, etc.

do a bunch of accessory work to complement the heavy compound lifting as it suits your needs

dont neglect grip training: farmers walks are good

also unilateral training is understated: do split squats, DLs, single dumbbell presses, etc. - this kind of movement will help with mobility, core strength, etc.

eat a lot of food (everyone talks protein, but you also need carbs and fat to bulk).

when you stall on your lifts, either in volume or in intensity, variations are your friends: box squats, romanian deadlifts, floor press, etc. learn these too and tailor your workout to account for the weakest links in your chain

finally, throw in some cardio every now and then to make sure you're not a lazy piece of shit: you shouldn't have a mile time above 5:45
