Read this book: "The Way of Men" by Jack Donovan. Stop looking at porn. Whenever you get the urge to look at porn, go to the toilet and jack off. Jack off as much as you like but drop porn completely. Get a job and a hobby. Lift for 1 hour every day, practice your hobby 1 hour every day. Make a training routine and follow it, make an eating routine and follow it.

As for acquiring friends, that's not my specialization.

The simple line of "every man should lift" stuck with me, I did not lift, ergo I was not a man.
