I've started feeling jittery around 600 mg but I don't use caffeine often. A can of monster and a pill would be fine unless you have underlying issues.

nah dude, it equals out to about 440mg, which is a good level. I typically take 2 tablets, but if I have a sip laying around I'll take it over the 2nd tablet any day.
